Booking & Payment

A deposit of £100.00 is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due as detailed in your booking confirmation. Full payment options may be available at the time of booking.

Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel 42 or more days before your check-in date, your deposit will be refunded in full.

If you cancel between 21 and 42 days before check-in, your deposit is non-refundable. Any balance already paid will be refunded.

If you cancel fewer than 21 days before check-in, no refund will be issued.

If the balance payment is not received within the required timeframe, the booking will be automatically cancelled and the deposit forfeited.

Guests who paid in full should contact us directly to discuss cancellation options.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in is from 15:00. Check-out is by 10:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available — please contact us in advance.

Property Rules

• The property is for the use of the named guest and their party only
• The maximum occupancy must not be exceeded
• Please treat the property with care and leave it in a clean and tidy condition
• Any damage caused during your stay may be charged to you
• Please report any issues or maintenance problems promptly

Liability

The owner accepts no responsibility for loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings during the stay. Guests are advised to have their own travel insurance.
